Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
